Oliver Clay
Oliver is a personal trainer with 4 years of experience, currently coaching in a gym in Sydney. He holds Level 2 and Level 3 certificates in gym exercise planning and personal training (RQF). Oliver started training at 14 and has a background in basketball, which laid the foundation for his passion in fitness. He later developed an interest in indoor rowing and running. Oliver works with clients of all ages and fitness levels, tailoring programs to meet diverse goals. Motivated by a genuine desire to help people transform, he founded OPTH, a company focused on providing personalized support with an elite performance qualified team

George Corcorun
George is a running coach with a background in physical education and distance running. He holds a BSc in Sport Science with Business Management from Loughborough University and has taught for over five years in the UK and Spain. As an athlete, George has competed nationally in cross-country and achieved standout times in 5K (14:25), 10K (30:31), and the half marathon (72:00). Now coaching juniors and adults, he creates personalized training plans for distances from 5K to marathon. Driven by long-term progress and performance, George helps runners reach their full potential with expert, structured support

Toby Clay
Toby is a veteran personal trainer with over 25 years of experience working with a wide range of clients. He is also the founder of the European Personal Training Institute (EPTI), a leading education provider for aspiring fitness professionals. With a background as a national-level club rugby player in England, a sub-3-hour marathon runner, and triathlete, Toby brings elite athletic experience to his coaching. More recently, he has excelled in indoor rowing, winning World and European Masters titles over 2 km and setting both British and World records at longer rowing distances.
